Cristina Urdaneta

Cristina Urdaneta is a seasoned ecosystem builder and operations manager with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and accelerator program design. Over the past seven years, she has collaborated with early-stage startups across the U.S. and internationally, developing and leading cohort-based incubator and accelerator programs that help founders expand into new markets.

Her professional background includes roles with globally recognized organizations such as Babson College and CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), where she supported founders from Latin America, the U.S., and the Middle East. Cristina excels at building cross-cultural partnerships and creating experiential education programs that drive growth, innovation, and engagement across stakeholder groups.

A passionate advocate for collaboration and social impact, Cristina is committed to helping startups and established organizations unlock opportunities that lead to sustainable innovation. Originally from Venezuela, she now resides in the Tampa Bay region.

Outside of work, Cristina enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending live music and comedy shows, and exploring dynamic local communities.
