Enith Morillo

Enith Morillo, M.Sc., is the Founder, President, and Principal Consultant of Cadoret Global Inc., a Quality and GxP Compliance consulting firm based in Rhode Island, USA, that supports virtual, startups, and early stage and small-size pharmaceutical and biotech companies globally in taking their investigational drugs through development and into clinical trials. Cadoret Global Inc. is a women-owned and minority-owned certified business, and an alum of the reputable Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. 

A native of Venezuela and Galileo program scholar, Enith is an accomplished quality and compliance leader in the FDA and DEA regulated industry and has a proven track record in helping organizations establish phase-appropriate quality programs to drive compliance. Her experience encompasses auditing worldwide, regulatory inspection hosting, quality oversight of outsourced activities, and quality operations, including product release and quality events resolution. She has a Master and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

Enith is a passionate supporter of women and minorities in STEM and has committed over 15 years to volunteering her time, skills, and network to mentor students and young professionals in the life sciences industry. She is currently on the board of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) New England Chapter, a global organization renowned for bringing industry, regulators, and academia together.
