Jill Santopietro Panall
With 25 years of HR experience, Jill is a nationally certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and also a Senior Credentialed Professional (SHRM-SCP), who works with small businesses, non-profits and startups without full-time, credentialed HR staff. Jill began her HR career in large Fortune 500 companies and stayed in corporate America for 17 years before moving into HR consulting with small businesses, which make up the majority of employers in the U.S.
In addition to her consulting work, Jill regularly speaks and presents on timely HR and employment topics, including employment laws and regulations, organizational compliance, developing interpersonal communication skills, building managerial and leadership skills, and the impact of multiple generations in the workplace.
Along with being a wife, mom, and the Board President of a diaper bank in the North Shore of Massachusetts, in February of 2016, Jill achieved her dream of becoming a Jeopardy! Champion and longtime host Alex Trebek called her "weird" on national television.
