Kathleen Fitzpatrick, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and more than 5 years in Pharmacovigilance, hails from New Hampshire. In her role as a dedicated Quality Assurance Document Control & Training Consultant, Kathleen demonstrates exceptional skills in crafting comprehensive quality plans and efficiently managing document control programs. Her leadership extends to overseeing training programs and contributing to vendor qualification initiatives.

Kathleen's proficiency is evident in her successful implementation of phase-appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and her adept organization and mapping of files. With a wealth of experience, she stands as a reliable expert in the field, committed to ensuring top-tier quality in every project she undertakes.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys all season hiking, snowshoeing, and wildflower and landscape photography in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
