Marilyn Le brings a strong background in both academic research and biopharmaceutical project management to Cadoret Global. With eight years of experience in academic research and five years in the biopharma industry, she blends scientific depth with proven leadership in managing complex clinical programs.
Marilyn began her career as a coordinator for clinical sample management and quickly advanced into project management, overseeing multiple clinical studies within a rapidly growing organization. After contributing to a team that earned FDA approval for a key therapeutic, she transitioned into the contract research space, managing clinical trials for clients across diverse therapeutic areas.
Her work has been recognized internationally, including an award from the International Federation of Shock Societies in Japan for her research on sepsis-induced liver dysfunction. A strong communicator and relationship builder, Marilyn thrives on ensuring clients are fully supported and that project milestones are met with excellence.
Outside of life sciences, Marilyn is also a professional musician with a passion for writing, producing, and performing original music.
