Myron Dittmer

Myron Dittmer, with over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, brings a wealth of expertise to various operational and quality management positions. Having collaborated with Enith for about a decade on numerous successful US and international pharmaceutical projects, Myron proudly remains a member of the Cadoret Global team. 

Throughout his career, Myron has played leadership roles in running diverse departments, including quality assurance, quality control, validation, and downstream manufacturing operations, while working at operating companies. His current primary focus is assisting clients in setting up and maintaining quality systems, troubleshooting and resolving quality issues, and consulting on downstream processes such as aseptic fill/finish activities, including lyophilization.

Myron's extensive experience extends to assisting CDMOs in the start-up operations of aseptic fill/finish facilities, encompassing design, validation, staffing, and the implementation of quality and manufacturing systems and procedures. He has successfully conducted numerous CDMO vendor quality audits both in the US and overseas, further solidifying his standing as a seasoned professional in the industry.
